Message dated May 19 was read stating, the House has failed to                 
adopt the report of the Conference Committee with limited powers               
of free conference considering HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE                      
BILL NO. 101(FIN) and CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) am,                      
thus failing to adopt:                                                         
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101                                         
An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster                               
relief fund.                                                                   
                                                                               
The Speaker has appointed the following members to a 2d                        
Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the

The Speaker also granted limited powers of free conference to the
